SGK Sick-Leave (Vizite) Integration

SGK Sick-Leave (Vizite) Integration is IKSAP's SAP add-on (ZSGK) that queries employees' sick-leave reports from vizite (SGK sick-leave / medical report system) within SAP, has them approved on a single screen, and records them automatically in infotype 2001 (absences) in SAP HCM through absence type mapping. The web service of SGK (Social Security Institution) is used; searches can be by employee or date range, old reports are closed as read, previous approvals can be reversed if needed, and in test mode reports are only displayed without being transferred.

Does SGK Sick-Leave (Vizite) Integration also work on ECP?
Yes. The add-on runs on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) just as it does on SAP ERP HCM / H4S4; notifications are sent from whichever platform runs payroll.
How is a vizite (sick-leave) report processed in SAP?
The report is queried from the SGK web service within SAP, approved, and recorded automatically in infotype 2001 with the absence type linked to the case type.
Is it necessary to visit the SGK website?
No; querying, approval and transfer are done from the ZSGK menu in SAP.
Can an incorrectly approved report be reversed?
Yes; previous approvals are queried by date range and removed.
What happens to the application if the SGK web service changes?
New error messages are added to the configuration table; the application is not rewritten. Service schema changes are applied through an IKSAP update.
How are split (divided) reports transferred?
In addition to the standard transfer, organization-specific split transfer development is supported.
