Password Reset via SMS is an IKSAP add-on that places a button on the SAP SuccessFactors login screen, letting users enter their TCKN (Turkish national ID number) and reset their own password. The registered phone number is retrieved from the SuccessFactors OData API, SAP Identity Authentication (IAS) generates a temporary password, and the password arrives by SMS within seconds. It is designed for blue-collar employees without an Active Directory account; the TCKN and phone number are used only during the transaction and are not stored on the server.
