Managed Payroll
Your payroll runs on time and compliant every month; you just approve it.
Managed payroll (payroll outsourcing) means IKSAP calculates, checks and files your SAP-based payroll every month; you only approve the result. Your payroll runs on your own SAP system, on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or, if you have no servers of your own, in SAP's cloud infrastructure. A team that has known SAP's Turkish payroll country version since 2001 also applies legal changes on your behalf.
What does IKSAP take on in managed payroll?
Monthly preparation.
We collect time, overtime and leave data and enter hires, terminations and pay changes.
Payroll period.
We run payroll, check it against the previous month and submit the result for your approval.
Statutory filings.
SGK hire/termination notices, the combined withholding and social security return (MUHSGK) and SGK incentive calculations.
Payment and accounting.
Bank payment file and accounting postings.
Employee-facing work.
Payslip distribution (e-payslip, KEP or portal) and employees' payroll questions.
Annual and special work.
Severance and notice calculations, year-end processing and applying legal changes in the system.
Where does your payroll run?
On your SAP system.
If you use SAP ERP HCM or H4S4, payroll stays on your system; IKSAP runs the period.
On your ECP.
If you use SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, the same model runs in SAP's cloud.
In SAP cloud infrastructure.
If you have no servers or SAP system of your own, your payroll runs in SAP's cloud infrastructure; you neither build nor manage it.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is managed payroll?
A provider calculates, checks and files payroll every month and the company approves the result. IKSAP delivers this on SAP, in line with Turkish legislation.
Do I need my own SAP system to outsource payroll?
No. If you use SAP ERP HCM, H4S4 or ECP, payroll runs on your own system; if you have no servers or SAP system of your own, it runs in SAP's cloud infrastructure. We agree the right model with you.
Who owns my data?
You do. Payroll runs on your own SAP system or in SAP's cloud infrastructure; IKSAP runs it on your behalf.
What if our own team wants to run payroll?
Then Payroll Support (AMS) fits: your team runs payroll, while Turkish legal updates, release tracking and support come from IKSAP under an AMS contract.
What happens when the law changes?
IKSAP tracks the change and applies it in the system; the next payroll period is calculated with the current rules.
